• Develop access to a wide range of volunteering opportunities
• Provide support and training for volunteers and volunteer involvers
• Offer advice and consultancy on good practice
• Promote volunteering in the community

• Information on volunteering over the phone or by email
• Information on volunteering opportunities that interest you
• Help in contacting voluntary organisations concerning volunteering for them
• Help in ironing out any problems that may occur
• A confidential service
