computers in your job, or are you thinking of a career
change? If so, the European Computer Driving
Licence (ECDL) will show any employer that you are
competent in Microsoft Office programmes. The
ECDL covers Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases,
Powerpoint, Internet and Email, and more. The
tests take 45 minutes and are all online. If

Testing
These tests
give adults a second chance to gain a nationally recognised
qualification in English and Maths at no cost to themselves.
If you don't
have a GCSE at Grade C in English or Maths, this qualification,
accredited by City & Guilds, will demonstrate
to any employer that you can work at that level.
You will need to do a short initial assessment of
your English and Maths skills, followed by a more
detailed diagnostic and a practice test. The
test itself is online and takes between 60 and 90
